1:1 vendor Coaching

The TBE team works with over 2000 vendors each year through weddings we plan. We collect real-time feedback on what todays clients like and really dislike! We also see hundreds of proposals, pricing guides, onboarding workflows (etc) across all vendor types, learning what works best and stands out amongst the crowd.

I have coached vendors from the pre-start up stage through seasoned professionals making their first SEVEN figures! While my career is in planning, most of my coaching clients are from other specialties (though I have a lot of planners in there too!)

Topics are custom to your needs and may include:

I’m Taryn Blake - hustler by nature, forever-learner, loving hype woman and cut-through-the-bullshit truth teller.

Event planning was the side-hustle I fell into by accident. I had a cushy six-figure marketing career with two kids in daycare and I THOUGHT I was living the dream.

Then an unexpected pre-cancer diagnosis changed my entire mindset. Funny how being faced with losing everything makes you realize exactly what you want. I wanted more time with my kids. I wanted freedom and flexibility. And the proof was out there that I could make serious money MY way.

I quit my corporate gig and decided I’d figure it out.

In 2 years, I grew from a $40k side-hustle to over $375,000 in bookings each year — recently tipping over $1M in sales in 3 years! My planning company (Taryn Blake Events) and staff of 8 have planned over 500 weddings and events, traveling across the US and abroad, welcoming clients from around the world .….and I work less than 10 saturdays a year!

Here’s the fancy bio: I have a graduate degree in marketing and PR & and spent a decade working in director-level positions for multi-million dollar companies WHILE running a profitable business. Building things from scratch is in my blood. I’m here to help anyone who wants to come with me.
