We’ll walk you through every facet of planning, including vision setting, budgeting, design, venue and vendor selection, rentals, logistics and full day-of management. In this high-touch option, our team will handle the sourcing, vendor inquiries, contract compilation and more… you’ll receive the options that fit your needs and select your favorites.
While our expertise will guide the way, the story is always about you. Every decision will be yours - thoughtfully guided by us to fulfill your needs. Enjoy the most hands-on experience and high-level of service while planning this once-in-a-lifetime event. Our only rule is that we don’t do cookie cutter - your wedding will never be a copy/paste of the inspiration.

partial planning and design
No stressing or second guessing. Partial planning is the perfect mix if you are excited to jump into planning with your partner, but value having a trusted planner and industry advocate by your side! You’ll work collaboratively with your planning team from day one until the wedding day, including multiple planning meetings, a full design deep dive, unlimited communication access and always with our arsenal of expert resources.
You’ll benefit from our decade of expertise to assist prioritizing your to-do list, allocating budget and not missing any contract red flags! We are always available to answer questions, provide vendor recommendations and review all proposals to reduce costly rework down the road. Bonus benefit - being able to hand those vendor questions and logistics to us from the start to get them off your plate.
Work with our in-house designer on your full wedding concept - from color palette and overall vibe, to rental selections, tabletop design and more. Ditch the pinterest-paralysis and provide your vendor team with a single, cohesive aesthetic to bring your vision to life so there’s no surprises.
All coordination services are included in this package so you can watch it all come to life on your wedding day without lifting a finger.

coordination and day-of management
Why plan it if you can’t enjoy it?! Let us be the go-to so you can live in the moment. This option is perfect if you have your event planned and are seeking assistance with logistics and perfecting the day-of details! Starting 90-days before your wedding, your lead planner comes on board to work 1:1 with your vendor team, organize logistics, attend your venue walk through, and finalize your schedule and floorplan. You’ll receive a final details planning session and one on-site visit.
Your planning team will handle all needs on your wedding day from the first vendor arrival until your last dance - including setup and tear down of your small touches and personal decor. Our attention to detail and service-first mindset will keep your needs and desires in the forefront. We also pay as much attention to your guests, knowing their comfort and enjoyment is just as much of a priority as your own.

From international locations to simply out of state - we’re experts in destination events. From understanding international wedding policies and setting up booking websites to negotiating with vendors, you’ll be guided on overall best practices for planning an event away from home. Get access to our exclusive travel team to select the best location, accommodations, and your guests will receive a custom itinerary app for a seamless travel experience!
