We've worked from Delaware to South Carolina, Texas to Vegas! From industrial spaces and ballrooms to farms and aquariums, beaches and hotels to private estates and stadiums - we’ve done it all.

Our clients come from all over, too! From Australia, Brazil and India to Canada, Texas and California - there’s no limit on distance for us to work together on an awesome wedding day.

Our deep relationships in the industry give you the advantage - and can save you time and $$$. Plus, we have connections to get shit done - and get it done quickly. Looking for that hard-to-find decor piece? We know someone who can make it. Have a no-show vendor on the wedding day? We’ve got backups on speed dial.

03. We’re your venue coordinator's bff

Your venue has a coordinator? We love them! While they handle your venue logistics, we work behind the scenes on vendor management, transportation scheduling, day-of itinerary, design and decor setups, detailed (3-5 page) timelines and more.

Many couples choose to have us on the wedding day as well - delivering breakfast to your hotel, greeting guests at the church and being your on-call assistant for the day. But if not, we package up those details for a seamless execution by the venue staff.
