03. We’re your venue coordinator's bff
Your venue has a coordinator? We love them! While they handle your venue logistics, we work behind the scenes on vendor management, transportation scheduling, day-of itinerary, design and decor setups, detailed (like 3 page) timelines and more.
Many couples choose to have us on the wedding day as well - delivering breakfast to your hotel, greeting guests at the church and being your on-call assistant for the day, as well as working side-by-side with the venue coordinator at the reception. But if not, we package up those details for a seamless execution by the venue staff.
